Think back to elementary school science class when your teacher put a nail in a potato and connected it with a wire to a light bulb, and then the light bulb turned on. Food is electric. Your body is electric. The sun emits electromagnetic radiation that is received by us at different intensities throughout the day; this is measured by the UV Index. The 7X Method is the first and only way of eating and exercising that connects the dots among

This is packed with information!

She cuts right to the chase. Many of these projects bore with too many anecdotal stores and try to build suspense because they don’t have much to say. This is packed with information. The only wish I had is the inclusion of accompanying food charts pdf.

Words. We use them all the time, every day, mostly without giving them much thought at all. We take for granted that they’re here at our disposal whenever we need them. But if you’ve ever wished you could communicate more effectively, words are the place to start. It’s incumbent upon you to choose the best words to accomplish your goals, because how you choose to communicate influences—well, everything! The power of communication shapes our professional goals, our relationships, and our lives—so the words we choose to use carry a great deal of power.

Meh. Glad I didn't pay for it.

I just couldn’t listen to the speaker.
Revisado: 12-26-22
The way it was written would be good if one isn’t a native English speaker. It was too simple conceptually: “I want to talk to my neighbor.”

Hello, you have come to the right place to clear up any controversy regarding Father Cooper’s recent Fourth of July trip to the Hamptons. Kicked out of a bar? YUP…and don’t worry she is giving you the full story. Not only is she detailing the physical removal from a bar, but she is also reporting so many more stories that you sneaky little bastards missed with your iPhones. This episode is sure to be unlike any other and contains recordings from bar bathrooms, the Montauk highway, and hungover in bed. No one is safe and nothing is left out. So buckle up (grab a drink) and get ready daddy...

I’m glad I’m not that age anymore. I had to turn it off. I avoid women like this.

Historia
Once a Runner captures the essence of what it means to be a competitive runner; to devote your entire existence to a single-minded pursuit of excellence. It has become one of the most beloved sports novels ever written. Originally self-published in 1978 and sold at road races out of the trunk of the author's car, reading the book became a rite of passage for many runners, and tattered copies were handed down like sacred texts from generation to generation.

Not for me
Revisado: 01-13-11
This is my first regretted purchase on Audible, not bad after 40 plus books. While the subject interested me, the narrator and the writer were less than I expected. I really should've listened to the sample more closely before this purchase.
