Mat's way of talking through his life in this book are truly hysterical when it needs to be and serious when it needs to be. This was a thrilling book that I listened all the way through in one day.

I loved the book! His real estate advice is pure and unheard of. His organization with the book has its ups and down. Overall, I could relate being a Navy Veteran. I will definitely be implementing much of his advice in my own business. Thank you David Serpa!
