My favorite part was when he noticed some of the oddities he normally experienced had stopped and it somewhat upset him because they had become his norm. Also I liked that at least for a brief time he could express his feelings.

What made the experience of listening to The Hidden Life of Trees the most enjoyable?
I totally enjoyed listening to the knowledge that Peter Wohlleben has learned through the observations and research he has experienced in his forest. You can hear the love and respect he has for not only the trees, but nature itself. That is as it should be, with all of us! This is a book that I will listen to many times and did not want to stop listening until I reached the end of it. I can't thank Peter enough for taking the time to share this!
