The phenomenon of “conspiracy” or “fringe” theories has always been with people, which makes sense since captivating and entertaining hypotheses arouse the public interest with seemingly sound conclusions that are often based on incomplete, unrelated, or erroneous suppositions. However, with the correct tweaking, they often appear to propound airtight arguments. Conspiracy theories make good use of real or imagined individuals or organizations operating behind a curtain of secrecy manipulating the action.

Not what I expected or wanted

There's a fair bit of information regarding the mud flood theory, but the author spends a more time rebuking the theory than discussing it.
At some point the author begins characterizing the theory as a right wing conspiracy theory, being anti-Semitic, and even references Marjorie Taylor-Green.
The narration is awkward and has a lot of strange pauses, you can almost see him making quote-unquote signs in the air as he's narrating. The narrator's voice and lilt is also a bit off.
Lastly, if you pay for the audiobook instead of using a credit, the book can't be returned.

Remarkably enough, they were written near the end of John Milton's amazing life, a bold testimonial to his mental powers in old age. And, since he had gone completely blind in 1652, 15 years prior to Paradise Lost, he dictated it and all his other works to his daughter.

They saw fit to produce this audiobook with vocalized music and sound effects in the background. To me, this is very distracting and has the annoying quality reminiscent of canned laughter in sitcoms. This combined with the over dramatization of the narrator made this audiobook too over the top for me to listen to, let alone enjoy.

Overall, a decent overview

Overall, the content was helpful. I've been swing trading for a few years and am interested in trading options, this audiobook answered a lot of my questions.
Having said that, the narration was awkward, there were a lot of unnatural pauses, and it was like listening to a 4 hour options trading commercial. At times I found I was paying more attention to the speech patterns than the content. If the delivery won't distract you, I reccomend the Audiobook.
