Brilliant, insightful, entertaining

Simply brilliant. Joe walks you through each body part step-by-step, starting with the (most important) feet. What’s most brilliant about this teaching on body language is that the author constantly demonstrates emotional maturity in explaining that a particular tell from body language does not tell us for certain whether or not a persons line But just that there’s more to the story. A very helpful and important book

Simply amazing! Rachel Rodgers goes in…all the way in! Dealing out a multitude of wealth strategies and mindset health habits, she continues on where most other authors stop. So many detailed practical action steps on how to build wealth and gain more freedom. Thank you Rachel!

Excellent history on money

Excellent history on money in general and where bitcoin fits into that. More accurately, how bitcoin saves us from fiat money which in variable causes lots of problems. Without necessarily meaning to, this book begins to make you aware of the elitist money printing sanctioned by government. And what you can do about it.

An interesting, detailed, and insightful work by a smart, experienced, and caring man. The authors love for the land and aptitude for business & people are apparent throughout. As I begin my land journey, I am grateful to have many of the pitfalls and opportunities explained to me upfront. As with most audiobooks I would’ve preferred to have heard it read by the author himself, and I found this particular narrator’s voice on the quiet side and also challenging to follow. Still a great work though.

Best business/life management book out there

Without wasting any time upselling you into another product, MJ gets to the heart and practicality of building your wealth machine (and eventually machines). When I first read in 2016, this book was one of the most important factors in my shift from employee to self-sufficient/passive income business owner. Definitely recommend and mad props and thanks to MJ. Worth reading again every year.

In this reading, Grant gives an extremely specific and thorough, detailed tactical guide on exactly how to close. He relentlessly lists myriad ways to overcome every objection imaginable. Very informative, equipping, and entertaining.
