I had to repeat every segment because I didn't want to miss anything! Personally this audiobook have showed me what i was missing to carry on with the busy life that we all have. As a man, juggling the aspects of life and at the same time trying to move forward, it is sometimes quite an adventure. I have learned that doesn't matter what the future have for us, it is important and critical for our mental health, to look everything with different perspective and to be open and receptive. We definitely need more Stoicism in our society nowadays. To start... I'm going to use it to improve my life as a man and as a son og God.
