Very basic Beginners guild to Methylene blue
Revisado: 01-28-24
After reading the ultimate guild to Methylene Blue I was hoping this book would provide up to date current studies and information regarding methylene blue. This book The Methylene Revolution was more of a beginners pamphlet on blue. Chapters were more like paragraphs and information was very vague. The only part of the book that I found somewhat useful was the dosing information.

Historia
Big decisions are hard. We consult friends and family, make sense of confusing “expert” advice online, maybe we read a self-help book to guide us. In the end, we usually just do what feels right, pursuing high stakes self-improvement—such as who we marry, how to date, where to live, what makes us happy—based solely on what our gut instinct tells us. But what if our gut is wrong? Biased, unpredictable, and misinformed, our gut, it turns out, is not all that reliable. And data can prove this.

My Gut was right!
Revisado: 06-06-22
I tried , I really tried to open my mind and listen to a new way of looking at things. I didn’t hear anything from this massive data driven book that I didn’t already know. Call it gut, wisdom, common sense , I just didn’t need a data nerd to tell me some obvious truths. The author is fixated on dating sites , obvious facts and his personal experiences. This book confirmed what I knew all along….trust my gut. Yes , I was a hell of a baseball coach and used data and my gut to be successful. Don’t listen to 35 year old virgins on computers.
