Historia
Russ Harris offers a surprising solution to low self-confidence, shyness, and insecurity: Rather than trying to "get over" our fears, he says, the secret is to form a new and wiser relationship with them. Paradoxically, it's only when we stop struggling against our fearfulness that we begin to find lasting freedom from it.

terrible Cliffhangers at the end of each chapter
Revisado: 12-19-23
the narration has many sudden stops at the end of the chapters where information is left unfinished where we hope to get a complete explanation of what the author is trying to explain. if they cannot properly edit these recordings, they should not be submitting them as completed pieces

editors need to pay attention to the details
Revisado: 07-17-23
they seem to have missed certain areas where Doug was sharing the translation of certain terms and phrases and the beginning of the words are muted out for some reason. very frustrating when one is so anxious to learn and yet gets clipped off at the most important points.

A fantastic book with one major flaw
Revisado: 04-24-23
Yes yes I'm enjoying every aspect of the book. But when the questions come and they are Severely jumbled and missing keywords at the beginning of the questions, it's very frustrating to try to follow long.
that, and there's no clear link to the so-called PDF that comes with this book. otherwise I love everything about it

Historia
Russell Means was the most controversial American Indian leader of our time, and in Where White Men Fear to Tread, he recounts pivotal moments of his life. Means did everything possible to dramatize and justify the American Indian aim of self-determination — from storming Mount Rushmore and seizing Plymouth Rock to running for President in 1988. Perhaps most notoriously, in 1973, Means led a 71-day takeover of Wounded Knee, South Dakota.

Historia
Where White Men Fear to Tread is the well-detailed, firsthand story of Russell Means' life - a life in which he did everything possible to dramatize and justify the Native American aim of self-determination. He stormed Mount Rushmore, seized Plymouth Rock, ran for President in 1988, and, most notoriously, led a 71-day takeover of Wounded Knee, South Dakota, in 1973. This visionary autobiography by one of America's most magnetic personalities will fascinate, educate, and inspire.

Historia
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.
