I'm so grateful for Megan sharing her insights into healing: meditation methods, criticism without judgment, how to choose a therapist, getting curious about numbing important emotions, and a lot more. I'm not having a midlife crisis - I'm having spiritual revolution. ✊ I'm looking forward to listening to more of her podcasts and reading her book. If they are thought provoking as her YouTube channel and interviews then it will be time well spent.

Heartbreaking first account of a boy who had to leave his family in order to become a man. Eloquently read by the author. I recommend this book especially to little brothers and little sisters.

Good content, but grade school level reader. Was she reading with her finger? Sentences did not flow easy, and it was quite distracting. Cheap mic and the reader moves back and forth, creating issues with volume and quality.
