Almost magically, listening very quickly moves you from a place of self-inflicted discomfort to a higher place of peaceful observation of “what is”.
It makes it all a bit easier for those of us who find the path of inner peace sometimes (maybe often) illusive.
Thank you Eckhart.

Years ago I read “Three Magic Words” and also “Success Cybernetics”.
Both incredible books. This review and re-presentation of Anderson’s work was quite nice.

Just the perfect balance of easy tips and poignant stories.
If you are having a hard time quieting down that incessant story in your head, you’ll find this helpful.

Not too heady, not too “woo-woo”, but a wonderful, easily graspable balance.
I’ve listened several times (with pleasure and more insight each time), and I’ll definitely listen and enjoy it many more times.
🙏🏼

I thought this was a fantastic book. It’s so full of practical thinking and approaches to stopping your internal crap and getting going on improving your life.
It’s no-nonsense and it is full of forgetting (or buried) common sense.
Even better than his last book.

The Tao Te Ching, the Power of Now and the lighthearted style of David Sedaris rolled into one. Definitely for anyone who wouldn’t spend their time reading the two former but would profit from their content.
Slightly slow at the start if you’re used to heavier stuff, but within two chapters you’ll be into the style, pleased with the lights going off in your head and probably re-winding often to hear the many key phrases repeated hoping they’ll sink-in.
Very glad I went for it on a hunch.
