Historia
A revolutionary system to get one per cent better every day. People think when you want to change your life, you need to think big. But world-renowned habits expert James Clear has discovered another way. He knows that real change comes from the compound effect of hundreds of small decisions – doing two push-ups a day, waking up five minutes early, or holding a single short phone call. He calls them atomic habits.

Probably one of the most useful books I have read
Revisado: 05-25-19
Well, listened to.
This book really resonated with me. Yes it’s about creating good habits but the author is specific about how to create habits, and also explains how we self sabotage and why. He talks about the Habit of Action, amongst others, which I suspect should apply to 90 percent of us.
The book is clear, practical and very interesting.
Thoroughly recommended.
P.S. I wrote this review as part of a new habit, because of this book.

In 1944, 16-year-old Edith Eger was sent to Auschwitz. There she endured unimaginable experiences, including being made to dance for the infamous Josef Mengele. Over the coming months, Edith's bravery helped her sister to survive and led to her bunkmates rescuing her during a death march. When their camp was finally liberated, Edith was pulled from a pile of bodies, barely alive. In The Choice, Dr Edith Eger shares her experience of the Holocaust and the remarkable stories of those she has helped since.

Grit: A story of determination
Revisado: 04-11-18
Perhaps not quite what was expected - but if you want to learn about determination and finding self belief this is a must. The footnotes ramble a bit but that is part of the charm.
Thank you Mr Izzard, a great listen.
