What incredible and joyous insight into what the future possibilities are for longevity, not only to live longer but to love longer in good health. This book has reinvigorated my excitement about the future and my aging! David's passion for his work comes through loud and clear in his narration and you can't help but be excited along with him. He's found a full supporter in me and I'll support his lab and any future endeavors. Heck, if I can extend my life by another 40 or so years after my currently expected lifespan, may just go back to school to study the same field and give him a hand!!! Why not if time is on my side?

Regardless if you are currently a meat eater or considering a return to a meat based diet, this is a must read to educate yourself so you can make an informed decision as well as navigate the unfortunate politics and social pressures surrounding our food choices today. Great reference even if you aren't full carnivore

I've been following Paul for quite sometime and his passion and encyclopedic knowledge of meat based nutrition and environmental impact is impressive. The book is a fun and eye opening read. I was already 100% carnivore at the time of reading but this only serves to solidify what I already know, and that is that I will be primarily animal based for life!
