Historia
America's favorite bounty hunter is back behind the wheel in her fifth hilarious, high-octane thriller. Out of bail skippers and rent money, Stephanie Plum strikes out on her own. Okay, so a scumball blows himself to bits on her first day of policing a crack house, and the sheik she was chauffeuring steals the limo. But hey, nobody's perfect.

Short!
Revisado: 12-31-21
This book is so much shorter than the previous ones in this series, so that was a little disappointing. Felt like the author may have been rushed to crank out another book.
Glad for the switch in narrators (books 3 and 4 were read by a woman who sounded too old for the Plum character) but Mazur reads so quickly that I had to turn down the speed on the playback to make it sound more normal.

Historia
Writer. Mother. Wife. New Yorker. Abigail Pogrebin is many things, but the one that has defined her most profoundly is "identical twin." Pogrebin's relationship with her sister---both as children, when they were inseparable, and today, when she longs for that uncomplicated intimacy---inspired her to examine the phenomenon of twinship, to learn how other identical pairs regard their doubleness and what experts are learning about how DNA impacts our sense of identity and shapes our lives.

Twin mom
Revisado: 01-06-19
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. As a mom on 1 1/2 year old identical twin boys, I was looking for some insight into what to expect as they grow up. I had many take-always, and enjoyed both the author’s personal stories, as well as the many interesting interviews. I have already recommended it to my immediate family and friends.
