The dragons finding his new lease on living. The story was good but did really grab me like the others in the series. I do hope that they all get their mates especially the one that escaped/ he should be tamed and rewarded well, make it great Christine I know you got it in you! Thank you for your works.

The older couples

I liked the older couples and the surprise about the villains. This book was not the as good as the other although the I don't want to hear the full trauma of the sex traffic victims /survivors.

Not the fantasy view of erotica

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Honestly it took me a while to be in the mood to compete the book, it is good, well written, exasperating but not a waste of time.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I love Wesley and Kingsley, and most of the characters are intriguing, Kingsley’s and his love for Soren is too painful but I want Kingsley to have his love and Wesley just breaks my heart with his pure love for Nora, he should have what he wants with all the truth Nora gives him. I want to beat her with a riding crop if she doesn’t give him more, and made more effort to stay with him. Teach him some Kink they can enjoy, he will come into his own. Wall sex!

What three words best describe Robin Rowan’s voice?

Not sure on this question, I’m not sure any one person can capture the voices of each character, but I could listen to her.

Did The Prince inspire you to do anything?

I’m inspired to read the next book, because I want to know, this was a cliffhanger. I want Kingsley to finally have Soren, But can’t Soren watch some hardcore porn and take a Viagra or something, LOL. too much pain.

Any additional comments?

There was a statement (Reisz) Kingsley made “they used labels like Dominant and submissive, and brandied about slogans like Safe, Sane…. but Kingsley knew it was all artifice, window dressing, self-deception.

I guess I’ll read the next book, Damn Reisz pulled me in again.

Totally enjoyed the tension, the realness the dark

Would you consider the audio edition of Into the Darkest Corner to be better than the print version?

I can’t say, I have both the audio and written and I enjoyed switching back and forth between formats; depending or where I was reading. However, with a great narrator the story comes alive faster with audio especially when I’m inpatient and want to know what’s next.

What did you like best about this story?

The story itself lends great insight to domestic violence and mental disorders. I could easily understand a health person can become physically and mentally trapped.

I truly loved the patience Stewart had.

Which scene was your favorite?

Kathy’s interactions with Steward, can’t say more it would spoil it.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, very much.

This was a book I took a chance on and it panned out well. It was worth my credit. I hope you enjoy.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Someone who does not mind the narrator’s voice not fitting the characters of Nora and Soren.

What could Tiffany Reisz have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Lilly Rhodes?

Jim Frangione and Jennifer Ikeda have done both genders better. I’m sure there are others.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

It was not the book itself!! I will read it and comment later but the narrator made me; how do I describe it? Shuddered, flinched. The feeling? How about; Not right, ugh, NOO, ill, turn it off. I know, Annoyed; like screeching on a chalk board for me. I’m sure the narrator is great for many other books but not this one.

I read Siren and liked it, not a romance in the sense I would place it but a good enough story that I wanted to read the series. I thought I would read some and listen to some but that is not going to happen and I used a credit. Geez, and to think this is my first review. I am really sorry, but I was compelled to comment. Save your credit and just read the hard copy on this one. At least don’t ignore the sample listening like I did; if it does not do it for you, your probably right and if it doesn’t then you’ll have no problem.
