Historia
Twenty-four-year-old Saeris Fane is good at keeping secrets. No one knows about the strange powers she possesses or the fact that she has been picking pockets and stealing from the Undying Queen's reservoirs for as long as she can remember. But a secret is like a knot. Sooner or later, it is bound to come undone. When Saeris comes face-to-face with Death himself, she inadvertently reopens a gateway between realms and is transported to a land of ice and snow. The Fae have always been the stuff of myth, of legend, of nightmares… but it turns out they're real.

This was my personal favorite of the series so far in order. talk about being on the edge of seat with anticipation. I enjoy Murphy's character but it was also nice to have a different group of humans helping Dresden during this book. Thank you Mr. Butcher well done! fizarre💥💨💯

Historia
It's no secret that federal agencies are waging a broad global war against terror. But, for the first time, in this memoir, an active Muslim American federal agent reveals his experience infiltrating and bringing down a terror cell in North America. Due to his ongoing work for the FBI, Elnoury writes under a pseudonym. An Arabic-speaking Muslim American, a patriot, a hero: To many Americans, it will be a revelation that he and his team even exist, let alone the vital and dangerous work they do keeping all Americans safe.

Real life true stories are always the best!!!
Revisado: 02-19-18
This was the first time that I listened to an audiobook from beginning to end with no interruption. This book was very well written. Thank you God, that WE have courageous Muslim Brothers in the FBI that are willing to use and sacrifice their religion on behalf of our country and our world to root out the evil scourge of radical Islamic terrorism. I am an American Christian and did not properly understand Islam. Partially because I have never taken the time or put forth the effort to understand it and nobody has explained it to me except for what I hear through the media. For what it's worth this book has giving me a better Respect, knowledge and understanding of the religion without putting you through a lesson. It reveals how these extremist operate on a day to day basis, as sleeper cells or as recruiting and transforming others into their dark and perverted beliefs. This book is very entertaining as well as funny at times. Down right scary at other times. Parts of this story will make the hairs on the back of your neck stand straight up. I am extremely grateful for the FBI and all the men and women that serve our country all around the world trying to protect our Republic. it truly amazes me how the FBI undercover agents are able to" turn it on"and "off" daily. One moment they are being an extreme terrorist and hours later could be hanging out with family and friends. That takes a special kind of human being. I love my country but I also appreciate the human aspect of this story. I will be ordering the hardback copy to add to my collection. I've been with Audible for three or four years and this will be the first hardback copy I've ordered. That's how great this book is. Real life true stories are always the best!!

Historia
The Last Punisher is a bold, no-holds-barred first-person account of the Iraq War. With wry humor and moving testimony, Kevin Lacz tells the story of his tour in Iraq with SEAL Team Three, the warrior elite of the navy. This legendary unit, known as The Punishers, included Chris Kyle ( American Sniper), Mike Monsoor, Ryan Job, and Marc Lee. These brave men were instrumental in securing the key locations in the pivotal 2006 Battle of Ramadi, told with stunning detail in this book.

Historia
Dillard Johnson was at the forefront of the 2003 invasion of Iraq. But surviving the enemy was only the beginning. Johnson would use the intensity, focus, and humor that kept him alive on the battlefield to fight stage three Hodgkin's Lymphoma. A man determined not to die, Johnson made a miraculous recovery - and then returned to Iraq for a second combat tour as an Army sniper. Funny and exciting, Carnivore offers fresh insight into the mind and heart of a warrior and offers a look at the lives of troops on the ground not seen before.
