The story was great! No insta-love or odd bonding. They fell in love over time, getting to know and understand each other. There were times when I wanted to yell at the main female but she was able to make me fall in love with her stubbornness.
I usually like my romances more steamy but I still really enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed that it was so exciting the whole way through. The mystery of it! How does it all Piece together? I could not put it down! The relationship between the characters was split and i felt their struggle to stay true to their people but stay together.
The narrator kicked ass!

The perfect combination

Romance-vampires-amazing plot that you can never actually anticipate. Everything you could ever want. Bad ass girl, high school boyfriend, new love interest, danger and passion. The relationships are real. You feel the pain when secrets are revealed and people surprise you. This is my first Lexi Blake series. But I will listen to everything she ever writes.

Narrator- I’m a fan. It is the usual, get to know the voices and you love her. I’ll listen to anything she reads.

I need more!! I’m MOURNING the lack of the next book on audible.

The story took a little longer to hook me. The author reiterates things a little too often. The narrator is a smidge too monotone but she is good. I’d give her 4.5 stars if I could. And the guy narrator... he is a 5 star all the way!
I am completely in love with the characters. It’s a lot of steamy build-up for the two hottest scenes. There is true loss, twists and suspense!
Admittedly, I tear up if I’m really attached to the characters. And I did for this book.
I went to download the next one, even prepared to buy the 3 credit bundle if need be... but it’s not available!!!! I’m bereft. I need to finish this book and I am so spoiled with audible that reading actual books isn’t usually an option. But I will be buying h some paperbacks.
Please continue the audiobooks! I will buy them too. (Same narrators PLEASE!)

I liked this book. In the beginning I wasn’t sure how it would go. Both main characters have the most entertaining besties. 😝 I definitely recommend.

Slow but solid.

The character building takes a long time. But the anticipation is epic. It’s slow at first— but being a girl that had a a rough upbringing, I appreciate the struggles they are going though and I can see why all four of them build the relationship they do. Worth the credit. 😊

Totally original story line and super hot!

I really loved this book! I read a lot of romance/erotica and this book was very different.

Tons of hot scenes! And they are VERY good! It has lot of variety in the steamy scenes and it admittedly pushed some of my boundaries. I can accept that other people enjoy things I may not though, and still found it hot.

Is it super believable that the main character agreed to the arrangement so quickly? Maybe not. But it is a fantasy book. If she didn’t agree we would have had a lot less fun reading this.

I like that it was very mysterious. I always wanted to know more! I couldn’t get enough.

The narrator was overall a 3.5 star. She was great for the main female and amazing at making other females sound different. I even Iiked her accents. I enjoyed her voice for the main male but I don’t think she was terribly good at making other males sound different from the main guy.

I was surprised how much I liked this book. I am a fan of ménage but I usually stay clear if cooking romances. But Tart has me thinking I need to reconsider! All the characters are very lovable.
