Well, I think, it should be on the cover of "Time Magazine", as it unwraps those facts which are still latent from the human eyes and flood us with exceptional and exclusive information. I'm always on the lookout for more new ways to boost my and my team's productivity, as I'm running a small business, and often struggle with deadlines and stress. However, this audio book by Graham Bianco utterly transcended my expectations. I'm an avid reader, and I've already read various books regarding 'Procrastination' and 'Productivity', but in reality, this audio book is the only game in the town and a fantastic page-turner. Once you grasp the idea, you feel like someone has injected a dragon's blood in your veins; you pull your socks up immediately and start getting more done in less time... It's quite motivating.

Want to change your life? You've to focus on the two chapters specially, as they're on a mission to change your life forever. Graham Bianco perceives the complexity of human reality rather well. For that reason, he gives the voice to your inner frustration and resolves those core issues, which don't give a breath of fresh-air, and flood your with stress 24/7.
- "When Procrastination Strikes" Unlike others, Graham exposes the building blocks of procrastination in this chapter. One comprehends what actually pushes him into the procrastination mode and keeps his passions numb. In my opinion, this chapter connects the basic dots and allows you to understand what's exactly wrong in your life, and what you should do to control it immediately. Though, as I've said before, I've read many book, but no one discusses the building blocks of procrastination like Graham does. This chapter is totally a winning chapter for me; it's utterly packed with highly valuable information.
- "Stopping Procrastination in its Tracks." Right after revealing the building block, one gathers information about how to stop procrastination in its tracks and save precious time for other things. The author of this book compels you to take action when it's in reality happening and consuming your time without your attention. In other words, it tells you how to be selective when you're overwhelmed by too much to do and don't know where your times is going without your consciousness... I won't reveal how to be selective to stop procrastination, as it's a million-dollar information, which is a lot more precious than the actual price of this audio book, but I'd say, if you'd understand and apply the tips and tricks of this chapter, you'll see why millionaires and billionaires of our planet have all the time and how they manage to relish memorable time with families and significant others.
All in all, Graham Bianco empowers your mind and makes you understand that your precious time should never be on sale; you've to act like you're on the national headlines all the time, and every second is creating an impact on your life. All you need is to take one sure step at a time, after buying and understanding this audio-book. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Yes! "Avoiding The Cancel Culture" chapter is the only weapon you need to overcome social anxiety and shyness forever. It allows you to understand the dividing lines between your 'yesses' and 'nos'. I struggle with low self confidence and anxiety as well, and I know, the behavior of avoiding every situation not only damages our reputation, but also compels us to live our life alone forever. This one chapter truly changed my life.

Do you want anxious-free future? Well, this book is a blessing from heaven that contains wealth of information and reveals those specific points that are the actual issues of anxious and shy people. Like me, you perhaps already perceive that social anxiety is that monster which leads to far bigger symptoms and create an immensely serious impact on your life. In other words, you feel like you're living in a hell, and everyone is better than you, and this situation compels you to create a "Avoiding Culture", which Jennifer discusses in this book and reveals how to solve that specific problem and shine brighter than the sun among others with confidence like a president.
Jennifer facilitates you in building confidence. If you can't talk well among friends or in crowd, or if shyness is signing the death warrants of your success in your professional life, she'll first reveal the complexity of issue in the chapters "Dealing With Causes" and "Dealing with Triggers". I’d love to recommend this audio book, as Jennifer Alison knows how to turn your weaknesses into strengths and take your strengths to new heights. Besides, one feels fresh enthusiasm in Rachel Austin voice too, which is rather effective and compels you to believe that you can banish social anxiety and shyness from your life and live the life you want as one-in-a-million.
The best thing about this audio-book, "How to Talk to Anyone: Overcome Shyness, Social Anxiety, and Low Self-Confidence" is that it doesn't just break the ice which writes the violent chapters of your life and push into disillusionment, but also help you to understand the lost art of verbal communication, which is in fact rare today and can transform your life utterly. It shows you exactly how to become a super-confident master speaker/communicator and succeed in life, love, and business. If I say, in a way, it will inject a president's blood in your veins and facilitate you in hypnotizing the people around you as well, it won't be incorrect too.
If you ask me, I used to be immensely shy, and I’m still a shy person, but the time-tested tips, techniques, and knowledge of Jennifer changes your unconscious mind, and within a few minutes, one feels that he/she is born to dominate the world… For example,
1 – The chapter on “Difficult Thoughts” is truly an attention-getter and answers your core issues. I loved it since I believe, especially after buying this masterpiece, that difficult thoughts are the actual red-flags that hold you back; they actually don’t allow you to feel confident and keep you in a submissive state as well, which of course damages your life, love-life, and professional life as well. If you’re a person who is struggling with low-confidence or shyness, you’ll comprehend what exactly I’m trying to say, as our thoughts are the actual problems, and luckily, unlike other authors, Jennifer perceives this so well and explains how to understand them, control them, and banish them from your life.
2 – Apart from this, I recommend this book because it’s not packed with unnecessary extras. Jennifer focused on specific difficult circumstances that flood you with panic and anxiety. For instance, if you don’t know how to start a conversation, approach someone, dominate professional business meetings with utter confidence, or even give interview like you’re born for the job, this audio book is for you. In a way, she created this book with a pinch of creativity too so that you can feel it’s specifically for you.
Lastly, I’ll say, after following the advice of Jennifer Alison, you’d feel that no one is superior to you in any way. Once you understand the problem, adjust your unconscious mind after following the easy-to-implement advice, you become the red-hot person of every moment.
Well, I’ve used a few tips and they truly helped me to chat confidently at parties, and I’m quite sure they’ll help me in my business meetings too.
I’m still a tad shy person, and extreme introvert too, but I guess now I’ve some valuable and practical advice that definitely changes the level of confidence instantly and make you the new lord and master of the situation…

What did you love best about Self-Esteem: Fast Proven Treatment for Recovery from Low Self-Esteem?
Unlike other authors, in "Self-Esteem: Fast Proven Treatment for Recovery from Low Self-Esteem", Jennifer Alison touched the roots of the problem and defined everything with a pinch of creativity and exceptional detail. One feels like she knows more about the person - who is struggling with low self esteem - than the person himself. Furthermore, Heather Tuya injected a life into it through brilliant voice; you feel like someone is talking to you directly and revealing those specific issues which are pushing you into disillusionment, over and over again... I've read numerous books and reports, but this one is truly an award-winning piece.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I won't say exactly a moment, as it's packed with lots of moments, examples, and exercises which control the tsunami of thoughts of your mind. For example, chapter #11 focuses on different steps like how social skills can facilitate you in building self esteem or boosting confidence like a billionaire and what to do exactly if you're struggling with a panic or anxiety attack during some important or intimate moments.
Please, bear in mind that I'm successful in life, however, I still struggle with low self esteem and its because of numerous reasons. I'm loving this audiobook specially because it defines those aspects that baffle your unconscious mind... Allow me to give you a few examples...
1 - It doesn't just impel you to do the exercises. Instead, it first explains your those 'specific' thoughts that determine your self-esteem; you apprehend the core issue.
2 - Of course, everyone tells you how to sign the death of warrants of your inner critic, but Jennifer first explores the actual origin of your inner critic so that you can easily catch it and control it without any immense struggle.
3 - I've been through 4-5 therapists, and no one highlighted how we actually reveal our low self esteem, which is always a concern for us. But, the author of this book actually showed us... I give you an example. Do you know, if you aren't relishing the date with your significant other, blaming the situation, weather, or restaurant exudes that you're a person with no confidence? Well, yes, it's true. "Reasons" and "Blames", it doesn't matter whether they're big or small, always show that you've low self-esteem. And, this isn't even the 1% of this book; when you'll get this audiobook, you'll realize you aren't the only one! In fact, everyone struggles with low self esteem; he can be a homeless man, and even a president.
4 - What is the problem with being PERFECTIONIST? If you're a victim of low confidence you perhaps already perceive the 'perfectionist' term so well, as it's that dragon which injects the blood of panic and anxiety in our veins and compels us to think that the whole world is laughing on us. Well, Jennifer showed us how to understand this dragon and control it within seconds...
5 - Lastly, the best thing, she sets your unconscious mind first, as it controls the conscious mind. If your unconscious isn't set, you'll keep on struggling with low self esteem. I'm an avid reader and I've read various book regardings confidence, panic attacks, and self esteems, but 99% of them don't talk about setting your unconscious mind first. They just flood you with exercises rather than explaining that it's your mind first, which you've to comprehend...
On the whole, "Self-Esteem: Fast Proven Treatment for Recovery from Low Self-Esteem" by Jennifer Alison is really a diamond in the rough. Thank you Jordan for recommending this audiobook, I'm utterly grateful...

Yes, if you're struggling with low self-esteem and want to rise above the heads and shoulders of others, you should slay the dragons for this audiobook. It's a treasure for all those who desire to have love, respect, and success in life. Jennifer Alison is really transcending the expectations this time through her extraordinary research, I promise!

Where does The Art of Time Management rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Well, 1st - Of course. And, I'd love to recommend it to my friends. This audio-book is a blessing from heaven for all those who want to manage their time rather than pushing themselves into the mode of stress, again and again. Though, I’ve read numerous books on time management, but “The Art of Time Management” by Bodo Schafer is indeed one-in-a-billion. The way he used examples to define his points is utterly professional and extraordinary. Besides, unlike other authors, Bodo Schafer introduced those exceptional secrets of time management which aren’t just new, but also thought-provoking.
Especially, chapter #7: “Week Planning Tips”, steals the show 100%... I’m a student of Psychology, therefore, I know that this chapter is immensely powerful and going to be a life-changing chapter for me. However, bear in mind that this audio book isn’t about one tip; it’s indeed packed with various tips, which will paralyze you with surprise and impel you to understand why why some people become millionaires & billionaires rather quickly and comfortably.
Furthermore, there is one “CC” concept – I can’t reveal it, as it’s not allowed, but it will make you perceive why the time management concept only works for a few people. I’m an avid reader, and as far as I know, this isn’t revealed by any other author. Even if you’ve read this concept before, I guarantee, the angle and the examples of this author will open the floodgates of new thoughts; you’ll feel that Bodo Schafer really read between the lines and did immense research and study before creating this million-dollar book.

Millions of things have been written over the past hundred years, but this is the goldmine. Once you get this audio book, you realize that the author isn’t in any mood to waste your time. Unlike other authors who offer just the tip in their books, he has in fact presented the whole iceberg. He compels you to ponder that time which passes unnoticed, and also shows how to have order in life, relationship, and work in the 2nd half of his book.
Lastly, there is one more thing which I’d love to mention. I’m quite sure that you won’t read how to distribute your free in the most creative ways in any ‘time management’ book. Since, the ideas of most books revolve around saving time, which is of course the key point, but what would you do once you’ve the free time? How would you spend it? Or, what would you do once you’ve achieved your goals? Have you ever thought about it? For that reason, I’m calling this book a complete masterpiece, as it tells you what to do once you’ve what you want.
All in all, I’d love to say, this is one of my all time favorites. When it comes to the time management, “The Art of Time Management” is really the best one on the table.
