Finally, a book which is taking Agile a step further. Combing 4 topics into one concept. Where do these 4 come together and how can they multiply the strength of Agility. For those who are ready for the next step, a must read. Just take time to think about the new possibilities in an organization. I am afraid for most organizations this is a huge step.

Is there anything you would change about this book?
The book is dealing with different stages of Samsung. Unfortunately repetition is a bit too much. Once getting to the end you get the feeling of have I not heard this before over and over again?

I do like the topic and history. Good to learn how Samsung developed. It is too much repeating same topics over and over.
