I strongly recommend this book to the point that I have purchased and mailed out multiple copies to friends and family. Read it, follow it, feel better. Really amazing book it is. Lots of helpful and useful information has in this book for weight loss. I am very happy to purchase this book. Highly recommended to all!! Good info and easy meal plans. Also good ideas for on the go. Something that can be done with exercise too for even better results.
