A Gripping Tale
Revisado: 04-06-18
This story has had me in it's grasps from start to finish. I only knew this tale growing up form a movie sadly. A movie I actually despise for what it did to this tale. This story is just so intriguing and all the personalities, quirks, and happenings of each character felt so vital. I wanted to know more and I was gripping at each piece of the story as it was read. The characters are so developed and the telling from start to finish never left me feeling like anything was getting over used or old. I literally fell in love with every character even the much to hate Agent Coffee.

When the storm fades and the sun rises, the beaten crew awakens to find themselves anchored in the protective cove of a tropical island...and no one knows how they got there.

Scifi Thriller at it's Best!
Revisado: 03-18-18
This is what I have been looking for in scifi entertainment for a long time. A very descriptive and imaginative story filled with great characters, mad science, monstrous creations, suspense, thrills, and chills. This author knew what people wanted when he wrote this book. It is brilliance in words and is narrated superbly. There was not a character or concept in this story that lost my interest. Island 731 has replenished my joy of the scifi genre and has quickly become my favorite book of all time. This book would make for an excellent movie in the right hands and a horrifying one at that. As it is I prefer to leave my imaginations to this writers beasts and sceneries. Though would be quick to a theater to see this come to life all the same.

Living Caverns
Revisado: 03-14-18
This is perhaps one of the mots fun books I have had the pleasure of coming across in a long time. Besides a familiar name for a scientist the book was amazing and I was hooked going through it in one sitting. I was on my seat wanting to hear about the next creature they came across. I just wish there was more to this tale. Was kind of disappointed at how short the adventure was and wished that the end of the book would lead right into a second. I love how the creatures in this story acted. Not so much the cast if characters passed the scientist and the park ranger though.

Historia
In all his years as a professional diver, Will Sturman has never encountered a killing machine more ferocious than the great white shark or as deadly as the piranha. Now, off the coast of California, something is rising from the deep - and multiplying. It is voracious, unstoppable, and migrating north, an ungodly life-form trailed by a gruesome wake of corpses. With the help of the brilliant and beautiful oceanographer Valerie Martell, Will finds himself in a race against time to stop the slaughter by a predator capable of devastating the world’s oceans.

Somethings Beneath The Waves
Revisado: 03-13-18
The story has an interesting cast of characters for the most part. Quiet a few of the side cast I found more irritating and unneeded then anything. The story itself is what you would expect of an underwater creature story. You got your main character, a scientist or two, and some main side cast. The monster of the story was also an interesting choice. I just wish there was more action, horror, suspense, ect. For an at seas/underwater book the actual detail of the creature and it's cast is rather lacking but enough to keep you interested. The interactions with said creatures are also brief and fast. I honestly did not feel the terror that was trying to be portrayed in the story at any given point though some events did make me a tad said from time to time. It's an interesting book, with an interesting cast, but it just lakes depth in my opinion. The narrator actually did rather well portraying the characters and scenes with what they were given.

Historia
"The Three Little Pigs" is a very funny and famous fairytale featuring anthropomorphic pigs who build three houses of different materials. The story begins with the title characters being sent out into the world by their mother, to "seek out their fortune". The first little pig builds a house of straw, but a wolf blows it down and eats him. The second pig builds a house of furze sticks, which the wolf also blows down and eats him. Each exchange between wolf and pig features ringing proverbial phrases, namely: "Little pig, little Pig, let me come in." "No, no, not by the hair on my chinny chin chin." "Then I'll huff, and I'll puff, and I'll blow your house in." The third pig builds a house of bricks. This little pig is very smart, and the end is a big surprise for everyone.
