I found this author by accident on Audiblel. I loved his books and especially his style and attitude. I went on to listen to every single one of them and also buy the hardcopies so I could highlight and make notes and reread over and over.
I would listen to him every night while I fell asleep and every day while I was working from home.
Yes, I am stubborn sometimes and it takes a while for things to sink in, but I never stopped listening. After all, I had 30 years of bad dating habits and shitty relationships to rewrite. I had to rewire my brain and GL was just the man to do it.
My biggest regret is that I didn’t discover these books when I was 20 instead of 50.
I am definitely a success story!
I’ve been in a committed exclusive relationship for three years with a man that loves me and treats me like the queen I am.

Love story

I have been binging for weeks listening to all the quarry books and I absolutely love them, except for this one. It’s nothing like the rest of them, it’s a sappy love story, just don’t waste your time you’re not gonna miss anything.

I can’t believe this is the author who wrote the fantastic “moon” series. I just finished all of them and expected at least the same kind of style in this book. Boring and ridiculous.

Don’t waste your money

The story was hokey and the author is obsessed with wine, which never had anything to do with the storyline, and the narrator used a terrible little kid whiny voice when she was supposed to be the voice of the teenage daughter. The only reason I finished it is because I paid for it.

It sounds like the narrator has never looked at the copy script before, and stumbles over all words while reading in a voice that sounds like a 12-year-old with a mouth full of spit.
If that’s not bad enough the book itself is nothing about what it says it’s about on the back cover, if you’re interested in brain chemistry and things you can’t control that have to do with love hormones, then go for it, otherwise dump this book, I couldn’t even finish it it was so bad and useless

STICK FORKS IN YOUR EARS

This Is truly the most awful book I have ever read on relationships and dating. Unless you’re 20 years old and are going to surf school this is just absolutely ridiculous. You are going to want to rip this guys lips off, I can’t even describe how stupid he is, stupid his ideas are, and stupid his personality is. Just don’t do it!

Kept Repeating the Same Points

There were certain word tracks that the author used over and over to the point it was really irritating and distracting.
There’s a whole chapter devoted to odd names for the privates and sex acts during the 1700’s, why??
I would not recommend this book, save your credits and go watch some porn in the “talking dirty” category.
