This helped me so much, I’m so excited to read it again and practice the principles taught. This particular recording is very good, I love the narrator, but ¾ of the way through or so, the audio quality changes a bit, but not too badly.

AI reader is awful to listen to

I have been listening to this book for a while and really enjoying it. I think at some point the reader was replaced with AI. I don’t know if I just noticed it and it was always that way, or if they had a human reader first but then replaced it later. Either way, I don’t like listening to AI. The timing is weird and robotic. I love this book and I plan on finding another audio version that has human readers.

It’s like a lunch date

I wasn’t sure if she was being honest or funny or both. I didn’t relate to most of her experiences. I’d like to think we’d be friends if we met in person, but I’m not sure. I think I’m maybe too serious and sensitive to connect well with her, but I did appreciate a lot of the values she talked about and I always appreciate honesty. I think I’d like to read more of her books and see what else she has to say, and get a better idea of who she is.

The narrator has a very soothing voice. I would have to listen to this many times before I felt comfortable attempting to garden, but it was interesting to learn about and think about.

Fun Kids Book

I'm not particularly interested in Antarctica or penguins, but my son was reading this in his class and I wanted to read it too. It was good, I enjoyed it, but it doesn't stand out to me as exceptional.

She deserves the five stars

I was planning to give this book four stars, because I don't like to hear a lot of profanity, and there were a few crude parts I could have lived without. By the end of the book, I had been so touched by what a talented writer she is as well as how meaningful and emotional a few of her chapters were, that I couldn't give her any less than five stars. She has earned my respect and admiration.

Better than I remembered

I read this book when I was young. I decided to listen to help me pass time on an airplane, something not very important or intellectually stimulating. It was even better, because as a young girl, I didn't pick up on so many parts of the story. It brought back nostalgia as well, so the overall enjoyment was so much more. It's a great book, both from a young perspective, and an adult one.

Surprisingly wonderful!

I really enjoyed this book! The performance was absolutely flawless, each voice was done brilliantly and really brought the story to life. I wasn't expecting much, and bought the book to help me sleep on a long plane ride, but ended up staying awake because I was so engrossed in the book. It was a great story and I can't wait for the next book!

I was blown away

This discussion was so personal, honest, and thought provoking. The candid and sincere attitude that these people had in discussing faith was refreshing and inspiring. I am not a Jew, and I was able to learn and understand some things, get a good range of understanding, and connect with these people as individuals and as a Jewish community. I really appreciate this production. Thank you so much.
