The author repeats things over and over and over again. It almost feels like copy-paste. I'm excited for the next one, but I hope they expand their diction and ditch the over-repetition. Once or twice is fine, especially from the perspective of different characters, but more than that starts to make things a slog.

Not as much action, but lots of good set up

The next few books should GO OFF!!! It's about to get crazy! This one wasn't too wild, but it had It's moments. Just accept that sometimes you gotta have a few episodes of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber in any glow up and you'll get where I'm coming from. After that, it's time for the BIG BOSS!!!

Nice, but poorly written

Narrator was a bit bland, but did a good job with voices. Also had several repeats, so sounds like he did a single take.
Story was fun, but rushed. Conversations were short and only ever to the point. A lot of material was simply skipped as being unimportant, which I feel was a mistake to the extent it was done. Also, really odd how everyone in all the carriages could hear someone talking in one of them on a busy street. Some other instances of just impossible things occured that made little sense and were unnecessary, such as the trading company coming watch the main character when they were supposed to be running for their lives, so some work on consistency would be good.
