It only took a few short days to get through. I learn after buying that much was taken out of the original story. Very dissapointed it was over so quickly.

Disappointing to the last.

A beautiful ending to a great trilogy.

Overall a great story. The characters really develop over the course of the three books with both triumph and tragedy that keeps you interested, whether hero or foe, as the story progresses towards its climax. It allows the reader to start making connections to the Force Awakens without giving any spoilers. Marc Thompson did a good job narrating except for, in my opinion, certain female characters like Leia and Mon Mothma, which I felt were done a little too effeminate compared to their actual on-screen portrayal. This trilogy is an absolute must for any Star Wars fan, rivaling some of the Extended Universe books.
