I am very glad to listen this book. It's a very good book to get you slowly into better habits and brings up relatable situations. This book was very helpful in helping me learn the importance of being gentle with myself. Easy to listen, but there are good ideas for building self discipline. My wife wants to try to eat on the intermittent fasting system. I bought this book for her so that she would learn about all the basics of such nutrition. First of all, this diet is useful because during periods of fasting the body is cleared of toxins and toxins, along with them goes and excess weight. It describes the different types of fasting, one of which my wife chose. She already eats on system and is happy with result. The book contains a lot of useful information for her.

This book really breaks down a side of the brain that I had not even considered.... in a way that is easily understandable and useful! For a fact-finder like me, it really fills in the gaps and provides great info on what to do when there's a dip in dopamine, oxytocin, endorphin or serotonin...interesting stuff. It has me thinking different already. Just very helpful. I recommend it.

I highly recommend this read to anybody interested in exploring the Akashic Records. Lisa has excelled at explaining an in-depth topic in an easy to understand way. I had no knowledge of the Akashic records prior to reading this book and I was able to understand and follow along with ease. I also found the exercises and instructions easy to follow and easy to complete. This is a fascinating topic and a very useful tool. I'm so pleased I purchased this book.
