Historia
Perturabo - master of siegecraft and the executioner of Olympia. Long has he lived in the shadow of his more favoured primarch brothers, frustrated by the mundane and ignominious duties which regularly fall to his Legion. When Fulgrim offers him the chance to lead an expedition in search of ancient and destructive xenos weaponry, the Iron Warriors and the Emperor's Children unite and venture deep into the heart of the great star maelstrom that haunts Perturabo's dreams.

easily one of the best in the series
Revisado: 12-02-22
this is by far one of my favorite books in the heresy. you get a little bit of everything you get full chaos with The Emperor's Children you get loyalist with the Iron Fists and the shattered Legions. you also get a little bit of neutral while still being evil the iron Warriors and they're amazing perspective on the war and everything. which is just one of the many many reasons I listen to this at least once or twice a year the voice acting is as per usual absolutely fantastic with all characters sounding distinct and engage it well done I highly recommend this book

Historia
As the Emperor travels the galaxy at the head of his Great Crusade, few events are as important as rediscovering his scattered sons, the Primarchs, and bestowing them as the masters of their Legions. United, a Legion becomes a reflection of its Primarch, both in his strengths and his flaws. For the Twelfth Legion, once the War Hounds and now the World Eaters, the line between strength and flaw is almost impossible to separate.

shift in opinion!
Revisado: 04-30-21
so this book is probably like the 80th Warhammer book I've listened to and I really, really hated fabius bile. from all the way back in the fulgrim novel I just hated him, but not even halfway through this book I found myself kind of changing my opinion on him. this book is a really awesome insight into him as a sole entity, and i think he might be becoming one of my favorite characters in Warhammer.
