It’s a real-life, warts-in-all book about having the courage to chase them — even if they seem too big, too outlandish, or too elusive to reach. Author Elise Russell had a (quote-unquote) “dream job” as a professional creative working in advertising. She was earning a good salary, winning awards, and making a name for herself within the industry. And it was killing her spirit.

Elise very honestly tells the truth about her struggles and choices as she builds her agency. This is uniquely some honest perspective on starting and owning a business that isn't taking her from a quick rags to riches. It is a reminder how personal and hard it is to start from zero, and make choices between what you want to do, and taking on business you don't like. I've been there, and I really enjoyed her sincerity. definitely worth reading.
