The visualization at the very beginning was a bit strange but had some strong, interesting parts but then the rest of the book (75% of it) is the author over explaining benefits and a laundry list of how-tos for making space for creative visualizations as opposed to actually providing you with affirmations or guiding you through creating a creative visualization- not really worth it.
