It was OK.

The story was quietly interesting and not not your average romance plot line. Both the hero and heroine were unusual (hero with severe and irreversible body injuries, heroine was an unmmarried mother with two children). I followed the story, despite the narrator's sickly sweet narration. All in all not the best listen, but also not the worst.

Boring...
Revisado: 01-27-12
Roughly listened to almost half of the book before I decided to drop it. I don't know if the second half gets better and I don't care. Wasted money...

Historia
Atticus O’Sullivan, last of the Druids, lives peacefully in Arizona, running an occult bookshop and shape-shifting in his spare time to hunt with his Irish wolfhound. His neighbors and customers think that this handsome, tattooed Irish dude is about twenty-one years old - when in actuality, he’s twenty-one centuries old. Not to mention: He draws his power from the earth, possesses a sharp wit, and wields an even sharper magical sword known as Fragarach, the Answerer. Unfortunately, a very angry Celtic god wants that sword, and he’s hounded Atticus for centuries....

Very entertaining!

Made me want to check-out the rest of the series. It was very fun to listen to. The story flows nicely and is filled with action and humor. Luke Daniels' reading is just what this story needs.

Historia
Lord Bramwell Johns, the second son of a duke, is an unrepentant scoundrel. Now that his two closest friends are disgustingly ensconced in domestic bliss, Bram is feeling strangely restless. And not even relieving London's least deserving artistocrats of their ill-gotten jewels is enough ;until the night he overhears an argument. It seems that Lady Rosamund Davies is about to be forced into marriage with a rogue even worse than himself.

Forgettable
Revisado: 12-15-11
Would you try another book from Suzanne Enoch and/or Tavia Gilbert?
Mrs Gilbert did a decent job on a mediocre story. I wouldn't choose another book by Suzanne Enoch either for reading or listening to, based on my experience from this one.
