I had heard detractors say she was trying to get even. I'm impressed she decided to narrate ,emotions leak through.I don't blame her for wanting to get even and exposing the family dynamics. I've read or heard most of what she's written.,though coming from a family member it's becoming gospel.

What disappointed you about Interview with the Narcissist!?
I didnt believe she talked to a real narcissist. The questions were not interesting and the answers were basic text from any JB Snow 25 minute "audiobook". i thought this might be an innovative way or at least entertaining way to really get at the heart of the behavior of the narcissist.
Has Interview with the Narcissist! turned you off from other books in this genre?
only the ones that are 60minutes or less..i should have known better
What didn’t you like about Lesley Ann Fogle’s performance?
I actually had to laugh outloud at the inflection of attitude she presented when answering as the narcissist...funny..a real actress...sorry i dont mean to be flippant,but this audio really insulted my recently returned intelligence,lost for 2 years due to narcissistic trauma. I felt the need to divulge that,partly an explanation for such a negative review
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Interview with the Narcissist!?
the whole audio book,nothing but insult to a person under assault by a narcissist

this is the worst type of moneymaker,i really feel the author saw an opportunity to advance her career by writing something,anything regarding todays hot topic. Narcissism..for us that are actually dealing with this disorder,the author has added insult to injury already received..Thank you for allowing me to vent by writing such a silly interview

Anyone who has experienced emotional abuse, physical abuse, or covert hostility will have an understanding of just how difficult it is to get rid of bad people. Those who are fortunate enough to have never dealt with narcissists, psychopaths, or haters simply cannot understand that it's not simply a matter of saying "no" or of declaring personal boundaries. There is a level of persistence exhibited by destructive and abusive individuals which transcends reason.

This was so insulting to my core,I feel like the npd in my life and tho author got together to see if they could cause more harm...this so called author is jumping on tge narcissists' recent popularity in the mainstream...like I said ripped off
