I purchased this book on audio and it was well worth the listen. It is narrated by the author and you can hear it in her voice, she means every word she wrote.

Valentina Gaylord is a first time author with an incredible story. She earned her stripes with this book and with the come back of a lifetime. Never would Hay House back a first time author if they did not have the chops to tell their story the way she does it. She is the real deal.

No one ever has the right to tell anyone that there is only one way how to heal or that healing and recovering is not an option. The body is full of magic and wisdom. The body has such a deep innate knowledge beyond what our mind sometimes can comprehend and we don't listen enough when our body starts trying to get our attention. It starts with a whisper, then a knock, then a scream and then if we still keep plowing on without taking the time to silence the outside world and really listen to your body as it communicates to you, there will very likely become a diagnosable condition.

If you can create the track of unbalance within yourself, you can also see the option is there to find a place closer to the center of healing and wholeness. That is, of course, IF you are willing to make massive changes in order to support your recovery. Self correction is possible but it cannot be one dimension. Valentina understands this and takes the readers through a healing journey that can offer a magnificent turn of events. She is a splendid guide and a knowledgeable one at that.

I highly recommend this book to anyone open to making the shifts necessary to change their path and correct the course.
