Most helpful book I’ve read in a long time!

Helped me understand that there are better ways to deal with anxiety. Very thought provoking. I will read this over again and keep it as a resource to help me choose how to deal or possibly even to avoid or mitigate the stressors of our modern world. Very well written. Thank you for a very helpful book!

More like a syllabus for a textbook

Mentions different types of therapy that are available without much explanation. Book is more like a general outline. Narrator drones on and on with little inflection in his voice. Sadly, I didn’t find this very short book helpful.
