I liked the first book or 2 but it became very repetitive and I lost the feeling why the captan was really fighting.

give it a listen if your looking to pass the time like I did. but it is not a work of art

I slightly disappointed in the book. while I had no explanation it starts off great. I feel the author missed so many opportunities to make the story more complex and engaging. it ends with the ability to continue the story and I would be interested where it goes.

anyway good light book. maybe good for teens

the book jumps around in time which makes it had to follow and most of the story is about the world events not about Mrs Wilson. you should skip this book

light weight cyberpunk

it was ok. was more interested in the AI then any character including the main one. the story line was pretty much predictable including the epilogue

if your looking for something to occupy your time while watching the baby , just getting into cyberpunk or commuting it is good. if your looking for anything else. you probably want to skip it

begining was good but about half way it just ended up repeating it's self . yah he was mentality troubled. yah the aides neglected him , the doctor drugged him but at least 5 hours of that could be truncated. painful to listen to

The book sucks

The book story really sucks, a horrible follow-up to to a decent book.

I totally did not care about the story. There was so much detail about stuff that never even mattered to the story.

I can not express how bored I was while listening to this book. I mean Wil Wheaten did an excellent reading of the story but I am listening to the final battle right now and writing this review.

Good begining, but stalled out near the middle

What could Steven Levy have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

I think the book focused too much on Sierra and Online, I mean it was sort of interesting about their life styles and running of the business but just droned on.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

There did not seem to be variation to the the narration, bad events were spoken at the same rate, emphasis and vocal levels as good events. No emotion

Yah got deadly board half way though
