Mostly Not Needed Advice

If you're capable enough to make the money to buy this book, then you likely don't need most of the lecture provided within. I get that people can be ignorant, but writing to the lowest common denominator, and sprinkling woke garbage on top does not make a good book on gaming. Mr. Cook has written some very good stuff in the past. This isn't it.

I can personally attest that at least one real world anecdote Mr. Anderson uses is misleading and inaccurate at best. Much of his advice is common knowledge, and he comes off as pompous all while proving how intelligent he is over others from the kids he went to school with, to aspiring authors, to the religious groups he finds disagreement with. There is some to be learned from this book, but I'd venture a guess it could be sought from a simple article somewhere else for less money.

Refreshing Take in Modern Storytelling

No wonder the haters are losing their collective minds. This story has real believable villains. Sound tactics. A protagonist who is not only capable and dangerous, but has his own opinions. And this story buck's against many modern tropes (read wokisms), that seems to have left the hordes of coast bound sheep confused by this breaking from the norm. Let's be frank, these tropes are so tired and so overused that if these elements aren't included, then it's a litmus test for the nuts to come crying about how this story made their beloved gods realistically into bad guys. If you want something different from the normal blame America first, and pin a 1930s Era German ideology on anyone who disagrees with you garbage, then this is the story for you. If not, then jog on. The performance was icing on this cake, and I can't wait to get into True Believer next!

Well written, smart, and what we need.

The talking heads hate this book because it's full of what we need to save ourselves from the threats both outside and from within. Written by someone who actually experienced communism and knows the signs of what it looks like, where it comes from, and what it does to a society, this book provides insight into how recognize and deal with such evils.

Evil's Past is Our Future

Marx paints an unabashed picture of the ends and methods to be used to rid the world of all its ailments, and create a utopia of rainbows and unicorns. If only today's communists and democratic socialists could be as forthcoming and honest of their goals and means as Marx laid out here, there would be enough rope here to end these evil movements and move them to the part of time where they belong: history.

Somewhat Helpful by Misleading

Marni gives some great insight into the mental workings of most women, and even helps guide the reader toward positive responses to common situations men often struggle with in their interactions with women. However the book lent advice more toward how to give women what they want and then keeping a girlfriend, than on seduction and how to make yourself more desirable to women than every other schmuck who approaches them.

If you're looking to learn some of the psychology behind how women think, then this book will have some useful information. If you're looking to learn how to seriously pick up and attract women, the same principles and better techniques are taught on more detail by the likes of other masters.
