Ms. Huff has done an excellent job in this book of setting forth guidelines for finding and living a purposeful life. This book can be a lifelong playbook for living your best life. The real-world examples and exercises will help anyone willing to take the journey of self-discovery. The chapters on Paradox Thinking and Adversity are particularly useful at any stage of a person’s life. I found this book to be very inspirational with realistic actionable ideas. If you only have one book in your library it needs to be this one.
