I bought this book after reading the contents, and it is not at all what I was expecting. This guy might be successful, but I don't know if its at note investing or through the amazing marketing of his useless book.
This book covers everything except the actual process of sourcing, analyzing, and buying notes. It is more of his personal story, and a lot about his mentorship program and workshop that he sells for $2000. Don't be duped by the other reviews like I was, save your money and time and skip this garbage.
