I don't know much about airplanes, but I have always been curious about their operation. Every time I embark upon an aircraft, it amazes me how science keeps such a large vessel in the air without any problem. Now I know. This book explains all the science involved and how the airplane operates. There is a lot of physics and aerodynamics that a pilot has to learn to operate an aircraft. We entrust our lives to them when we fly. I truly value these employees, as it takes a special person to be a pilot. This book is excellent to learn about airplane flying.

Un gran libro para manejar el estrés y tratar con las personas, tanto en el trabajo como en la vida personal. Lo más destacable fue que el autor ofreció consejos claros, prácticos y que parecían alcanzables. También hay excelentes recomendaciones sobre cómo mantener la calma en situaciones tensas. Normalmente, en estos casos, tiendo a ser más reactivo que a tomarme unos minutos para analizar la situación antes de responder. Este libro te ayuda a ser más consciente de tus emociones y a encontrar formas constructivas de manejarlas.

I selected this book because I have difficulty relaxing and falling asleep. I have tried different remedies, including camomile tea, magnesium tablets, and warm milk, but with not much success. Sometimes, I have so much on my mind that it's hard to fall asleep. This book was very calming and relaxing. I liked it so much that I listened to it twice. I now have it on my phone as my go-to relaxation. Interesting, where I live, I have birds come by in the morning, and I have always admired them. This has been one of my favourites so far in audiobooks. I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and unwind.

I have always prided myself on keeping my residence and workplace organized and clean; however, sometimes things get out of hand. Reading this book helps you stay on top of cleaning and organizing, especially if you have ADHD. When my surroundings are disorganized and cluttered, it affects my personality, mood, and progress. This book gave me a different perspective. Abigail Shepard understands how hard it is to juggle everything when your focus is all over the place. The strategies aren’t overwhelming or unrealistic, which I needed. I appreciate how she suggested starting small, building a routine, and gradually making progress. Having small accomplishments gives me confidence that I can be successful. I noticed actual progress without burning out. If you’ve struggled with staying organized, this book is incredible.
