Fitting ending to a great action drama
Revisado: 05-31-23
This is the only action series I’ve had recently to rival the Tasmanian series. I thought Reacher would never have any competition, but this great series proves me wrong

I’m ruined
Revisado: 12-18-22
Reading this series is akin to reading the first law series as an intro to grimdark. I am ruined for other LitRPG’s. This is as good as it gets for a series and I don’t have to wait eons for the next book (Flat look @R.R.). Ty for existing Big Shirt

Historia
Jason arrives at a kingdom in peril and he's surprised to discover that it's not his job to save it. With the authorities fulfilling their responsibilities (for once), he looks forward to some quiet time to rest and recuperate. The locals might not find ceaseless monster onslaughts and an interdimensional invasion relaxing, but Jason has had a rough few years. He's doing his best to let go of his anger. While his team is caught up in duty, Jason has no shortage of people looking to interfere with his rest. Enemies—old and new—are circling, and even would-be allies are trouble.

Historia
Thirteen hundred gates have opened to solar systems around the galaxy. But as humanity builds its interstellar empire in the alien ruins, the mysteries and threats grow deeper. In the dead systems where gates lead to stranger things than alien planets, Elvi Okoye begins a desperate search to discover the nature of a genocide that happened before the first human beings existed and to find weapons to fight a war against forces at the edge of the imaginable. In the age of being let down by George R.R. Martin…we have the James S.A. Corey duo and Joe Abercrombie to keep us forgetting about the final two books of ASOIAF…. I appreciate you three with all my imagination can muster.

Saw this and liked the thought of book one...then decided I must read them all. Finally a book two that isn’t just a long useless voyage. You learn more of the plot and it moves the story forward as a middle book should...good action and good performance

Historia
Samantha is a professional seductress and con artist with a heart of gold. If she talked about her work, she’d tell you she only pilfers organs for medical research and that she only takes one kidney, and she only steals those kidneys from dishonest people. It’s hell on her social life. Abe is the doctor and Sam's partner in crime. He isn’t much of a criminal. Except for the kidney stealing. But he’s using that money to fund his research that he anticipates will be able to cure diabetes. So, all for a good cause...? You decide. Of course, it's hell on his social life.

This book was amazing. No...the performance of the book was amazing. I could have listened to the couple converse forever. Witty words, A+ voice acting. I picked it because it was short...and ended up angry it was over so soon. Part two please
