I recommend this to EVERYONE :)
Revisado: 06-21-17
I have a recommend this book to everyone I know. Especially my coworkers. They are often misinformed about many financial situations. This is a very practical book that teaches the average person how to keep their money and to not to be an under accumulator of wealth. Look into it and you'll thank me for it! Have fun!

Good book, not exciting. Useful however.
Revisado: 03-28-17
This book has a lot of experiments and results that can lead to practical use of increasing your willpower. I got this book because it was a deal and wasn't super interested in initially.
Nothing life changing about it but it does have some useful tips. I think the best one would be the 10 minute delay time before you give into a craving prior to deciding on whether you want to act on it or not, was good. That was an interesting thing to learn about, how to strengthen your willpower with "exercise". Also, "ride the urge" was a good method. Feeling the urge but not making yourself feel bad about it. Just riding it out and then choosing not to do the bad habit.
Overall it's a pretty good book. There's nothing exciting. however if you really want to increase your will power, it's a good book for you.

Historia
In The China Study, T. Colin Campbell revolutionized the way we think about our food with the evidence that a whole food, plant-based diet is the healthiest way to eat. Now, in Whole, he explains the science behind that evidence, the ways our current scientific paradigm ignores the fascinating complexity of the human body, and why, if we have such overwhelming evidence that everything we think we know about nutrition is wrong, our eating habits haven’t changed.

Very thankful for this eye-opening book!
Revisado: 03-07-17
This book is quite extraordinary. All of the research data that he refers to sounds like it makes a lot of sense. I'm glad that this has explained to me on a molecular level how the oxidants produced by the meat that we each contribute to illness and cancer. Especially how the antioxidants in the plants that we don't consume enough of, can decrease the oxidants in our body fat ass reducing cancer rates. In addition to this book, there are many documentaries on Netflix which support everything he is saying. I hope others read this book and it catches on like a grassroots movement should!

Great book! It's a positive read :-)
Revisado: 02-20-17
It took me a while to read this book completely but in the end I can say it is very positive. I don't remember everything that it said but the things that it did lay out for me where the principles and the blueprint on how to amass $1 million worth in real estate. The author does seem to be doing well because he focuses the latter part of the book on having a fulfilled life and having it energy flow throughout it .. Overall I think I would have to read the book 2 or three more times just to get the really good information out of it. However I do enjoy this book and do not regret purchasing it. If you need a good blueprint or just to keep yourself motivated in real estate then I had to suggest this book.

They are not only the boss but also the salesperson, HR manager, copywriter, operations manager, online marketing guru, and so much more. It's no wonder so many people give up the dream of starting a business - it's just too much for one person to handle. Very good information! Useful and practical :)
Revisado: 08-07-15
This book is very useful. I'm not sure if all of it can be applied right away. However, I have already begun to use some things and feel it is very helpful / practical. I don't see the results that I want right now, but I do see the potential for the platform which I set up being very helpful to my business long-term (using Asana & Trusting VA's, getting a GVA).
Thank you very much Chris Ducker & Audible for helping a "lazy reader" increase his knowledge base!
