How can I forget the spiritual dimension of change

I really believe that if you have no God to answer to and to call on when it gets really tough, when your goals are based purely on fruits of this world, or even a better 'you' - the lessons don't really take root deep enough, and your drive to change or succeed may become based on purely selfish reasons. Or simply, you just get your reasons 'wrong'. Anyway... when you really think about it, you pick up a book like this when you are ready to go deeper. When a "think happy thoughts, say nice things, do a jig, say Thank You to the universe' book (or even, books) didn't quite do it for you. I also love the fact that it was written by a psychologist.

This book keeps you on track and reminds you about the basic principles that makes life work. And that you can't go around those principles, nor would you really want to, if you listen to this audiobook. You also realize without doubt that without character, you will achieve nothing. Or whatever you achieve you will lose because you concentrated or got distracted by the wrong things. Character is -everything-.
