Josh's portion of the audio has terrible quality and is hard to hear. Summary of the book: shopping, food prep, and a food journal are the most fundamental things to lose fat. Eat quality food, plenty of protein, and no junk carbs. Build strength using foundational movements, push, pull, squat, hip hinge, and loaded carry.
