This is the best book on shadow work I have listened to/read. The explanations are concise and easy to understand. There are no repetitions. I especially enjoyed the bits of humor that are dispersed throughout the prose. It took the fear out of this kind of self-evaluation and made the work easy for me to return to and complete. I would recommend this guide to anyone trying to understand themselves through shadow work.

I was in a dilemma, and I began to realize I wanted more than the prescribed horsemanship offered for Unico within its lens of goals and competitiveness.
