This book is a tremendous practical way to to begin to understand Kundalini Yoga. It was exactly what I was looking for. The appendix has good illustrations. It will be my go to guide as I pursue greater understanding of Yoga and meditation.

As a non practicing Jew this lecture really helped me understand my upbringing and place in history. What a great read! I didn't expect it to be so engaging and thorough. As I prepare for a Passover celebration I feel more capable of leading the ritual although I would have liked more information about Passover. Thank you so much.

Fascinating. It was s little difficult at times to follow but it kept my interest. l enjoyed the discussion of mind altering mushrooms. Having recently recovered from a fungi infection myself I have ambivalent feelings towards mushrooms.
