Kilty's words will sooth you into euphoria. It's not just her wonderful voice, but the examples she gives are on point, and resonate with stuff I've done. So relatable. Also great music. And it's like doing yoga without moving... even with a namaste! And where else can you hear gems like "Do what you're doing, WHILE you're doing it!" which really sums up everything, doesn't it?

Awesome story of JT's early years in his own voice

How wonderful to listen to James Taylor tell the story of his early years. Back & Forth from MA to SC, his parents divorce, how he fell into drug use and how he got out of it (twice) is eloquently told by his soothing voice. And his stories are funny, too. I was glued to my chair to find out what happened when he gave John Lennon an overdose of drugs! And who names a song "Suite for 20G" because it was the last song on the album that paid him $20k? There's so much to learn about his music, how he writes, and his inspirations from other genres of music. Everything affects him deeply! And the background of his songs is so interesting,.. did you know that when Carol King heard the lyrics "lonely nights when I could not find a friend" in Fire & Rain, it inspired her to write "You've Got a Friend"? Amazing! And "Sweet Baby James" he wrote about his nephew, named after him. This is SO worth listening to … and JT is still going strong at 71! We love you James!
