What happened to an ending?

Great story, cool characters and a really digestible plot. Phil and Nicky, who knew man and grays could become soul mates.
My main criticism is there was no ending to the saga. The listener gets a two minute recap and it ends… did Sylvia and Dillion buy a farm, make semi bug head children and live happily ever after, maybe…
The story is engaging and the characters keep you both laughing and thinking.

Always a good listen…

Andrew and Wilson’s books are always entertaining, full of character development and well organized. Jedediah Johnson is very cool operator. Step by step throughout Dark Fall you find yourself riding third-person on Jed’s shoulders.
Hopefully we see more from this series as evil never rests.

Andrew’s and Wilson did it again. The story - Perfect. The characters more real. The action and tactical narration, brilliant. Hopefully in book 3 Watts and Chunck kindle a romantic relationship.
Special is my review title, because this book is in fact SPECIAL.

Waste of time

No plot. Characters have no depth. Writing style plain. I will say the Bible verses and quotes at each chapter heading are enlightening, until there is a reference to Infowars…

Still Love Orphan X…

Dark Horse is another excellent Evan Smoke novel. There is a changing of how Evan sees and experiences the world, which creates emotional stress for the reader. Yes, he is still the No Where Man and he is also a teenagers caretaker, romantic friend to a single mother, a brother and even a son. The winding of these themes creates logical questions and you find yourself thinking, no Evan say this or do that…
This story was somewhat straight forward and oddly more predictable than other stories in the series, yet still entertaining. The rats were a nice visual touch. Missed Orphan V and it only has 1 interchange with Tommy.
Hopefully Evan has a new friend in Eden, Tx.

Wonderful

Sons of Valor is not what I anticipated. Yes, there where battle scenes and mystery, but the depth of the character development was beyond expectations. Chunk, Heels, Saw and the others where real people. At times the book was comical and thought provoking. You left wondering what is good and what is evil.
Overall it was a great novel and powerful listen.
