Needs a pdf to supplement

The book was great but she kept referencing the opening and closing prayer that was not made available. Most audible versions of such a book supply a pdf to fill in what ends up being gaps in the material. Although it was not a major issue to the overall content, it was significant as it occurred again and again for each chapter.
