Not usually really into a cultivating type book. This series is really really amazing each book has sucked me in more and more. The progression is great and character development is beyond amazing you can actually see the development happening.

Loved having an actual crafter as an MC story was really well written. Some bad parts involved his intense lack of trust that I don't really feel was super founded but nonetheless still a great read.

This book is one of the first I have truly felt connected with. The author and narrator do an amazing job at connecting you to the characters. I was literally almost in tears at several points in the story. I can not wait to delve into the rest of series.
