I love Thomas Prescott. And this prequel in the series with the genesis of his story, was priceless!! Nick Pirog has a knack for making you fall in love with his characters.
At this moment I am mourning that I am done with the series, and I am crossing my fingers that that is only for now and that I will have more Prescott adventures in the future

I loved this book.
Like all of Nick Pirogs characters throughout his books, Jerry, Hugo, Cassie, Meghan, Wally, Morgan... are instantly lovable. and the story is so sweet it cannot be put into words. Loyalty and love's endurance show so clearly and simple.
AMAZING.

Such sweet sorrow!!!!!

Ohhhh my gosh!!!! SUCH A FANTASTIC BOOK!!! I had it in my library for several days because I refused to say goodbye to the Miles brothers!! Finally, I listened to it and it was such a joy of a story! Christo and Eddie... I have no words.
Of course I will be listening this audiobook again, as I have done with Jamison's and Tristin's and Elliot's journeys and I'll get printed copies to put on my shelves!
Thank you TL Swan for this. I hope someday you surprise us with a bonus of this fantastic men and their families!
Anyone who comes across The Do-over, must pick it up and listen to it or read!!

This is my first Michael Stagg experience, and he managed to make me like Nate Shepherd a lot. Enough so, that I am looking forward to listening his next adventures!

At some points of the story I thought it would be great, but in the end, it fell short. I wanted a better ending. I guess my expectations were too high after When Ashes Fall.

Enthralling!

This book touched me in so many levels, I cannot translate it into a just review. All I can say is that anyone who takes the time to go through it, will be richer in spirit at the end. I think in my case, this was hugely magnified by the experience of hearing the story directly from it´s author, as I was lucky enought to pick it up as audiobook.
Such a multifaceted, brave and charismatic woman, you wouln´t believe!!

Not worth the Credit. Books one and two were aceptable, but this one was a bore. I finished it hoping for it to pick up at some point, but it never did.

I enjoyed this little parable. It was funny and sweet and it tug at my heart since I have a 12 and a half year old german shepperd that may not have many years left with me.

This book did not work for me. It is a wonder I got through it... no character development, the suspense subplot doesn't work either. You want to like Keaton but you don't know anything about him... Cassie goes from carreer oriented to love sick puppy in a second flat...
You can listen to it as background while commuting, but I would not waste a credit in it.
