Make this a Movie!

This title creeped me out as much as the original Alien movie did! I listen to audio books while I do other things but time and time again I found myself, pausing and listening intently. There were characters i was rooting for, and others that I hoped the beasties would get.... I will be looking for other books by Alex White because he captured the "feeling" of the original but created a new and interesting story. And the narrator was excellent! Michael Braun made the different characters recognizable and did both male and female voices with a lot of feeling and clarity. This is one book i will be listening to again. This would be an excellent movie, or better yet a multi part series.

Began to dread hearing his cartoon female voice

If the female part did not have an accent the reader made it sound like a cartoon voice... began to dread hearding the character....really took away from the story.

I can not image how this person got a job as a reader. Choppy, No feeling. Irritating non inflection. Got through listing once and even though it is on of the best Flavia Albia Mysteries I am probably never going to listen to this version again. I am seeking other versions with a different reader. Please reissue with a different reader!
