First book that almost made me cry

I've listened to 150 books on Audible and this is the first book that compelled me to write a review.
The Midnight Library is similar in messaging to "It's a Wonderful Life". I am in a tough place in my life and this book might be what I needed to see things from a different perspective. Love this book! I will more than likely read it once every year.

I have seen all the movies but never listened to or read the Hobbit or LOTR book's. i am so glad I listened now when I have the best version by Andy Serkis! Such and amazing story and performance! Made me happy just listening. I can't wait to continue my middle earth book journey! This book and I'm sure whole series will be hard to top in the fantasy genre!

I wish I had read this book before my daughter became a teenager! Now my 16 year old daughter Ashley wants to be my 16 year old son Eryn and plans to have top surgery when they are an adult. i really wish I could go back to when I allowed my 11 daughter to have a cell phone. We did it because she had to walk home from school, and we wanted to make sure she made it home. My wife and I should have made more rules and had parental settings on the phone, but I never imagined the world we live in today, and now I fear it's too late.
This book is fantastic! Parents out there, please do a better job than I did at an early age for your child.
